CBL Seminar 2025 – Technical Excellence for Medical Innovation

In early 2025, minyoubis had the pleasure of supporting the CBL Seminar, hosted by the Aortic Association at the Hilton Airport Hotel in Zürich. Over two days, more than 200 attendees gathered for an intensive exchange of knowledge in the field of aortic medicine.

Our team was responsible for the full technical coordination of the event—from stage setup and microphone management to lighting, sound, and live video. We ensured smooth transitions between presentations, coordinated all speaker slide decks on short notice, and managed the show calling to keep the program running on time.

A key highlight was the international Zoom live stream, allowing remote participants to join the experience in real time. Our sound engineer ensured a clean and balanced mix for microphones, videos, and music, while our PowerPoint operator kept everything organized behind the scenes.

With a full day of setup and two days of seamless execution, the CBL Seminar 2025 was a great success—and a strong example of how minyoubis delivers high-quality event support in close collaboration with partners like ee-impact, the lead agency for the event.
